What do you mean, your Microphone, your built-in Microphone or whatever your recording sound? There's nothing people can do if you do not post a log or specific information. (To post a log go to: C:\Users\You\AppData\Roaming\OBS\logs, then click the bottom one. That should bring up the log, after go create a post and click on upload a file, find it and then finished.) :(
But, if you're using a Headset Microphone, Blue Snowball or something like that then try these steps. Open OBS, hop into Settings>Hotkeys, then turn off 'Push-To-Talk'. (If you have it ON.) That should do the trick, it fixed mine so it might fix yours. ;)
