Question / Help Muted Mic

Hello,
The first couple of times I streamed I didn't have a problem. Then yesterday, when I opened OBS it showed my mic was muted in the stream box. Would not come off, whether in preview or while streaming. Checked all my settings. Not muted, shows up in my Recording devices as my Turtle Beach headset as default, etc. My mic isn't muted in my headset, it's only muted on the OBS screen. And no matter how many times I click it, it won't unmute. I can mute and unmute the speaker button, but not the mic.

I uninstalled OBS, reinstalled and it did the same thing.

Anyone have any ideas?

If the mic appears muted, and you can't unmute it, it probably means it was disabled (perhaps on accident, not sure). Go into audio settings and check to make sure you have the right device selected in there.

Otherwise you'd need to post a log file of the problem.
