Question / Help Music to play

I am on mac and I am trying to get music to play as my output sound. But I can't figure it out can some one help like step by stem instructions or a video?

If its playing through your laptop then OBS should pick up the audio. Go into your audio sources and see whats selected.

I am on a iMac(older model) but it won't work.
