Question / Help Music jumping and cracking?

Hi, so I am listening to music, I start my stream and as soon as I start my stream it starts to crackle and jump (not for my viewers) is there any way I can fix this? I have tried other headphones but still nothing...

Lower your webcam resolution to 1280x720 and put your scene buffering time value back to the default of 700ms under Settings > Advanced.
