Question / Help Music+game+webcam+mic sync issue

So heres the issue.
I have my webcam and my voice synced perfectly with each other.
My game and game audio are synced perfectly
My desktop audio is perfectly in sync with my webcam/voice
but my webcam/audio is out of sync with the game. What i mean is that if i press up on the stick in my cam it takes around 1 second to go up on the game. Now i cant Negative delay the Elgato. And i cant Delay my desktop audio... so i how do i adjust so that my reaction/raging/callouts are on point with the game, while staying in sync with my music so i dont sound like a crazy person humming the words at the wrong time.?

It's a difficult situation. Dealing with USB 2.0 devices, that is. It drives a person to madness. As a developer, you think deep down, "I hope this guy's on a laptop and not on a desktop, because he could have bought an inexpensive internal card with no delay and he wouldn't ever had to have dealt with this issue," but you discover that's only true half the time, which makes a tear run from your eye.

That being said, desktop audio currently can't be delayed, which basically causes this problem. Well, technically it can be delayed, but it's.. slightly complicated. It's fixed in the rewrite, but the rewrite won't be out for a while. I would recommend just leaving the music unsynced, and just sync the webcam/mic to the elgato.

Im actually on a laptop. Dell XPS 15. Perfect for what ive wanted pre streaming. now im looking at building a PC.
