Question / Help Music and Game sounds are aweful while I stream!

I am having issues with OBS where when I stream/ record I cant hear my game sounds or music unless it is turned up high and is blaring in my ears. But when I do that the quality of the music and game sounds are terrible. It is like someone is playing the sounds in my back round with a radio. If someone could help me solve this issue I would be very happy
