Question / Help Multiple web cam broadcast

Me and my buddies want to stream our blackops 2 gameplay on twitch but we also want to show us and have our voice run through it so we are like our own commentators. Is this possible with this program and if so how?
 
over the online network the easiest way is this:

So your friends have to use the yawcam to get their webcams to the scene. Basically they start a stream server with yawcam (optimal cam resolution would be 16:9 426x240 or 4:3 320x240) and you connect to those with the browser plugin. (your every friend has to open port 8081 from their modems/routers so the stream can be seen by you)

I can give you some screenshots of the settings to use if you want?
 
Personally, I just use a Google Hangout and multiple Window Captures with subregions (one for each user if I want them broken up/movable in relation to each other, or put more than one in a given capture to save on overhead).

Well that's maybe easier to set up but the delay will be higher since it uploads first to another server and then downloaded by the streamer. While Yawcam runs it's own local built-in server which uploads straight to the streamer. But anyway the delay can be fixed by offsetting sources timings so i guess FerretBomb's way is better for the OP since it's easy for everyone to use.
