Question / Help Multiple video cards detected??

Not sure what it means.. I'm having low in-game FPS...the viewer side looks great! Maybe this has something to do with my drops in-game?

Any idea what it could be? Here is my scene while in-game (CS:GO)

Webcam: 800x600
Webcam border
The game itself: In-game res is 1920x1080 (stream is down-scaled to 1280x720)

Hmmm. I limited it to 144 (my monitor refresh rate) and CANNOT go any lower than that. But when the stream is up I struggle to even hold the 144 fps...it still dips below. My CPU usage is also ranging from 75-100 while streaming.
