Multiple RTMP outputs plugin Issue

I have the latest version of this plugin https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/multiple-rtmp-outputs-plugin.964/
I have OBS Version 30.0.2
I have tried both twitch and Kick URLs heres the kick one rtmps://fa723fc1b171.global-contribute.live-video.net
It says I am live 60fps etc etc, however kick and twich dashboad says I am not live
Any help? thanks in advance.
