UPDATE: It's a VLC problem.
Hello,
I was used to record videos with OBS for months, last week I formatted my pc and now I'm having problem to record in MP4 format (i can record in flv correctly).
The problem is that I can't play the recorded video with VLC / Quick Time Player. The video works if I import it in Adobe Premiere and play it or if I use the windows 8.1's "Video" app to play it.

Sometime I can play the video but the audio never works.
OS: Windows 8.1
CPU: Intel Core i7-4700MQ @ 2.4GHz
RAM: 16GB
Graphic Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780M
