Question / Help Mouse stops working

Good morning folks,
I've been using OBS for a few months now, and it has been amazing until a few weeks ago when a new update was pushed though. When I press Start Streaming my mouse will stop working for a second or two every 10 seconds.
  • 16GB Corsair XMS DDR3
  • Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X
  • AMD FX8320 3.5Ghz
  • A-Data Premier Pro SP600 256GB 2.5" SSD
  • 2x ASUS VN247H-P 24-Inch Screen LED Monitors
  • SteelSeries Apex RAW Gaming Keyboard
  • Steelseries Rival Mouse
If anyone has a fix for this, please let me know.
