Question / Help Mouse lagging

Hey there,
I just got a problem if I want to stream or capture a game.
With starting the stream my mouse begins lagging. That means it won't move some seconds. After a few seconds it mives again, but then it stops again...and so on...
I could solve the problem yet. Hope someone can help me, because I really want to stream and want to stream with OBS.

P.S.: If I do stream preview it won't lag!

Edit: If you need any System-Specs just write it and then I'll post them.

However, if the mouse is freezing that's something that's actually unrelated to OBS. It sounds like more of a potential system issue triggered by it.
