Bug Report Mouse is slow down if i start obs

Hello,
my mouse is slow if i start obs and start a stream :/

My PC specs:
- Intel I7-7700 4.2ghz
-Gtx 1080ti 11gb MSI
-16gb ram
-MSI Z270 Mainboard

What exactly do you mean with "my mouse is slow"? If the mouse pointer moves slower than it moves without OBS being active, for example it moves only across half of the screen instead of the whole screen for the same mouse movement, I'd look into my mouse controlling software and search for a preset that activates if obs is running and sets different mouse dpi.

Its like the same feeling like if you have on shooter games vsync "on"
its a bit spongy.

According to your log, you're overloading the encoder and with it the whole machine including the game. Switch the encoder preset from medium to some lighter preset such as veryfast or faster.
