Question / Help Mouse freezing while recording D:

So after installing OBS, i began toying around with the settings and started recording. However, every few seconds my mouse seems to freeze in place for 1-2 seconds.. this only happens when i start recording.

any help on how to fix this would be very appreciated!

When you start recording your mouse may freeze as mine does when I start recording. It's basically the lag from the encoder. You can try using the 64-bit version which doesn't freeze for me. Up to you personally. It could also be the capturing of your mouse and your keyboard. Feel free to ask any questions :)

I seriously doubt this is an issue with 32bit vs 64bit. We would need to see a log for more info. (Here's how)

@dodgepong I didn't really know about this so I just had a guess as I get the same kind of issue but it fixes itself in the 64 bit version for me.

It's much more likely an issue with his OBS settings being too high for his machine.
