Question / Help Mouse flicker

Hey

For some reason when this application is open and I have aero disabled the mouse flickers. How do I fix that? It seems to happen even if I am not recording / streaming it also happens even if i have the preview off.

I can't find any particular setting that solves the problem =/
 
So it happens when OBS is running but not streaming or recording or previewing? Just when Aero is disabled?

What happens if you disable Aero without using OBS?
