Bug Report Mouse Capture not working for Game Capture

My sister is having a really weird bug with OBS. Before you ask, she does indeed have mouse capture checked under the game capture properties, however, on games that don't have a custom mouse cursor, no mouse appears in the cast. She is using a Windows 8 Asus laptop, pretty similar to mine, I think the only difference is that mine is newer and a different model. Anyway I know that doesn't say much, but I think the log will, anyway here is the log.

Not entirely sure. What games are you capturing by the way? Something really weird going on with that computer.

She's capturing Minecraft and the Binding of Isaac and both had no mouse capture working, while Starbound did because it had a custom mouse cursor.

I'm not entirely sure unfortunately. I've never heard of this happening with game capture. She's not running her video adapter in like.. 16bit or something is she? That would probably cause problems.

On a side note, Isaac shouldn't be capturable via game capture, at least the flash version of it. ...unless you have flash hardware acceleration enabled I suppose.

She said it was in Window Capture for Isaac. She didn't inform me of that unfortunately. But Minecraft is in Game Capture mode and it does not have a mouse cursor visible. I haven't tried to stream it yet to see if it's just her computer or not, but my computer is very similar to hers. She has an Intel HD4000 graphics card. I don't think she is running it in 16 bit mode as she doesn't know what that is. She said that the previous version of OBS captured the mouse though and has a video showing the mouse cursor on her Youtube.
