Question / Help motion blur

hello!

i'm new to streaming (lol on twitch.tv) and i've configured my obs following some guides.

my system is
4770k, 8g ram, gtx770
game resolution1080p 120hz
isp 30/3

my problem is that i've good quality when i dont change view but when i do and use free look function i've much motion blur while i've steady 120fps

well dont use nvenc then its a hardware encoder which is limited.

since you have a i7 4770k it shouldnt be much of a problem to stream 1080p30 with your current bitrate since league has not much full screen motion

2300kbps isn't going to be enough to run 1080p@30fps, full stop. It's going to pixellate and motion blur no matter if you're on NVENC (which *will* make it worse) or x264 encoding. Drop to 720p@30 via the downscale dropdown. You do not have enough bandwidth for 1080p.
