Hi,
Is there any ways to optimise settings in OBS for my build so i can have the best performance/quality ratio when streaming?
Is CS GO there is a custom map for doing a benchmarks. I benchmarked my game without OBS and i get 160 fps average. With OBS i get 130-140 fps. I dont use x264 because i found heavier than NVENC.
Here are my spec:
CPU: AMD FX-8320 8 Core 3.5/4.0GHZ
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 980 TwinFrozr V
RAM: 16 gb DDR3
SSD: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB
SSHD: Seagate ST2000DX001 SSHD 2TB
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB 7200RPM
download: 30 mbps
upload: 9 mbps
Here are the settings that i used for streaming:
And here is a video of my stream using those settings:

EDIT: The reason why i want to keep the highest fps possible without downgrading too much the quality is because i have 144 hz screen. I tested the performance on rainbow six siege and i get without obs 104-107 fps on average and with obs i get 98-99 fps on average so i guess the performance hit depend on the game but on cs go the performance hit is higher.
Thanks in advance.
