Question / Help More than one screen region

Hello, I am setting up a livestream for Twitch on OBS, I have a follower alert which I screen region then I have a donation popup which is also screen region, the only problem is that they do not work together at the same time. when follower alert is off donations will popup and likewise with donations off.

Any help will be thoroughly appreciated :)

are you using an addon to do this? CLR?
