So I've been watching the forums, and I've noticed a very common issue with the Blue Snowball microphone, one which I am experiencing myself.
My best guess is that I just have something wrong in my setup of OBS, but my mic will randomly cut out and not pick anything up until I unplug it and plug it back in. The light stays on, showing that it is still receiving power, but it stops broadcasting to any sources, and any program (Skype, Steam, even Windows itself.) This only happens when I'm streaming / recording with OBS.
In my logs I've noticed that "Audio timestamp for device 'Microphone (Blue Snowball)' was behind target timestamp by 35."
I've looked here on the forums, and the only two "fixes" I've found have been to raise the scene buffering time until the issue stops occurring, but mine is already up to 10000, and the problem persists, so....
Yeah.
The other supposed fix I've found has been to disable the Mic QPC Timestamps, as that only helps in specific instances.
I've attached my log, so hopefully that will help to isolate the problem. Any help would be great.
And yes, I know my settings are a mess, but this is the only way I've been able to stream anything without it constantly dropping frames.
