Monitoring with Audio Delay

Hello. We are using a PTZ camera and Dante to stream to Youtube. The audio has a 3300ms delay to stay in time with the video and whilst the stream / recording is perfectly timed, OBS doesn't monitor the audio / video feeds in sync so operating graphics or the PTZ movement is very difficult.

Is there any to reflect the audio delay within the OBS preview rather that just its output?

If you want to monitor whole track then it was possible since v0.3.0 of the "Audio Monitor" plugin (but it crashed a lot at that times):
