Question / Help Monitor Input Blank

Hello,

I have just installed the OBS application. Whenever I add "Monitor" to 'sources' and record, I get a blank screen.

I am running on Windows 8.1 with a 3200x1800 display.

Apologies for the double post.

I just re-read the post @R1CH suggested to me above. It says that there is an issue with using laptops due to most having two graphic adapters for power saving purposes.

I'm not entirely sure if this means it just doesn't work on laptops?
