Question / Help Monitor capture w/ photoshop + wacom

when streaming/previewing using a monitor capture my wacom tablet will not draw anything I have drawn until the pen is out of range from the tablet.
This will only happen with monitor capture on, if there is no monitor capture view on screen the wacom tablet will work fine.
 
Problem solved: Run obs in compatibility mode as windows 7.

After re-installing obs, photoshop, my wacom drivers, then deleting all my adobe programs and re-installing them I finally figure it out :/
