Question / Help 'Monitor Capture' need OK quality but with v. low FILE SIZE

Hi Techs,

I need to do a Screen Capturing on my Monitor, The Default Setting is good, but i need much more lower size on the saved file format.

e.g. 2:20 Minutes capture onthe Monitor the file Size was 18.7MB FLV type but i need much more lower as i will be doing hour of recording, please assists with the best SETTING to achieve this, thanks in advance.

You can make the file size smaller by using a lower bit rate.
