Question / Help Monitor Capture Lag

So my problem is that im streaming through windows' 10 xbox app, so that my xbox is directly streamed onto my laptop. There is no lag between that stream. But when i go to stream it to twitch via obs and a monitor capture, I have intense lag on my twitch stream and only my twitch stream. My mouse doesnt lag, nor does my camera, just what ever the monitor is capturing. It lags both on obs and twitch, but not the xbox app.

Can you hard-wire it instead of using wireless?

What happens if you remove the webcam?

Can you do Window Capture instead? Or game capture?

Can you go back to Windows 7 or 8?

If I had to guess (which I do), I would say its a combination of your GPU being old and you're using Windows 10. It seems likely to me that Nvidia didn't try very hard to get a lot of performance out of a GT 520 on their Windows 10 drivers.
