Question / Help Monitor Capture Lag

I currently stream Dark Souls 2 with a bit rate of 1400 kb/s and a buffer size of 1300. I also stream at 30 fps. I am using a new program with DS2 that requires me to stream the game through monitor or window capture rather than game capture. The problem I am having though is that I can stream the game and have a constant 60 fps while doing this, but my stream only goes to 24 fps. It doesn't drop frames or anything like that. It only goes down to 24 fps with no other noticeable performance drop(I still get a constant 60 fps ingame). I tried disabling aero, but that didn't fix the problem. Does anyone know what could cause this?

Can you post your log? (Here's how)

If you're on Windows 7, don't use Monitor capture. Use DWM capture instead. (Add a game capture and capture the "DWM Monitor capture" application.)

Here is the log. Also I think that DWM would work for me. The only problem is that DWM won't show up in game capture(It's not in the list of applications). I am using Windows 7 by the way.

I made sure disable Aero isn't checked. I'm guessing it's enabled by default when that's not checked, but DWM still won't show up in game capture.

Okay, I have DWM working. Now my problem is that when I have the game maximized it just displays a white screen.

*Edit: I found out DWM only works with not fullscreen things. I forced a borderless full screen with DS2, but it causes an FPS drop. I tried fixing that with Vsync through nvidia. That didn't work though. The only way I'll be able to use this is if I can fix the FPS drop in borderless mode.

You're using GeDoSaTo, I assume? I've just installed it myself, I'll play around with it.

There shouldn't be any performance decrease for Windowed Borderless mode. You are forcing it via the mod, right? Not some external tool? Also, if you're downsampling heavily that will really wreck performance hard.

I am using GeDoSaTo. The only thing I'm doing is texture overriding and forcing borderless. I disabled everything else so there aren't any frame drops. I'm really not sure why it decreases performance. I normally get a boost in performance when I use borderless windowed in games, but not in this case.
