Question / Help Monitor Capture is a black screen

Title pretty much says it all. When I careate a monitor capture, it is always a black screen. I just recently got OBS, configured all the proper settings for my computer, but then when i try to capture my monitor, it goes black.

Anyone find a solution to this before?
 
To use Monitor Capture, I believe that OBS needs to be running on the Intel IGP, with a laptop. Advise using Game or Window Capture instead, if possible.
