"Monitor and Output" option not working

Hello,

I just uninstalled and reinstalled, then uninstalled without keeping my settings and reinstalled and then uninstalled and skipped updating to fix this so log files might not be perfect but...

A friend showed me in September that I could have the audio my capture card is capturing and now it doesn't.
>advanced audio properties > set capture card to "monitor and output"

I have lost my original settings even though I exported them, so this log is basic

it should be there, from the "Help" menu, click on "Check File Integrity"

Clicked that, it launched the updater, I let that run even though I've done a fresh install
Still no sound despite detecting sound

Somehow, it was muted in audio mixer
Despite an uninstall reinstall
man... I deleted everything
