Question / Help Moments of Choppy Playback When Recording Multiple Audio Tracks

For some reason, when I'm trying to record multiple audio tracks, the resulting video is noticeably sluggish at moments. At first I wasn't convinced that I was seeing something wrong until a moment in a clip where me firing my weapon in-game was totally off from the video due to the lag/skipping. The annoying thing is that this only happens when I'm recording multiple audio tracks.. when I've got one audio track, it's basically smooth!

Try again with Core audio AAC encoder, steal them from the itunes support msi from the same named program.
Alternatively disabling gamebar but it shouldnt really be a problem anymore. Also disable MMCSS audio service. Its no longer needed, ms just havent gotten around to deleting it yet. I used to run with multi tracks with 3x soundcards, sometimes 4, and i never had this problem. Always had CoreAAC tho.
