Question / Help Missing frames etc. Help please :(

Hi guys. I recently decided to stream and it was going pretty well until I noticed I'm missing frames (0.5% of total frames were missing mostly). I don't think it's a large amount but my viewers started to notice that whenever I participated in few big fights (I'm playing League of Legends), then it could drop even 4-5 frames per 1-2 seconds mostly.
My Internet:
8 Mbps download
4 Mbps upload
My CPU n GPU:
-Pentium G3420
-MSI HD7770 Ghz

I'm pretty new into these things since I've never thought about it but streaming seems pretty interesting for me and I'd appreciate if You guys could help me :) Btw. Ive no problem in recording 720p Videos locally (Via DxTory, fraps etc.).

I'll really appreciate any help from You guys :)

Idk if its going to help You guys but without OBS I'm able to run LoL on 200-250 fps. With OBS I've steady 90-100 fps.

I dont know much about the settings, but from what i can see you need to raise your bit rate in video encoding. with 4mb up it can go higher.

Yeah, I've it done already, increased it to 3500 and testing it atm.

The problem isnt about bitrate or my ISP tbh. I was tracking OBS when playing and I'm getting "Skipping" and "Missing frames" mostly when I'm just walking etc. and these are happening in (I may be wrong but that's what I felt like) similiar peroids of time. My PC is clean, I've cleaned registry, my antivirus is updated ESET NOD32.

Any ideas?

if your upload is rated at 4mb, 3500 bit rate may be to high. I have a 5mb rating from my isp, but only get a stable 2500-3000 upload.

Hmmm, kay. I changed it to 2000 but somehow its still getting higher, up to 3000 which is resulting in lags etc. Any ideas?

mine does that as well. I think thats just how it works. It trys to hit a target bit rate, but at times it will go a bit beyond that. I dont recall the site I used, but i ran a 6mb upload test like 6 or 7 times to get a good idea of my stable bit rate. then went alittle lower. Bit rate might not be the only issue, but I dont know enough to comment on any of your other settings/pc specs.

Post a log file from a long streaming session so we can see whats happening with your stream. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7144
If you're dropping 4-5 frames per 1 or 2 seconds at 768kbps bitrate you should keep it that and try changing the twitch ingest that you're using first. I also wouldn't suggest going over 128kbps for your audio bitrate.

A log file is always best, it contains all your settings, computer information, scene information, performance information, and pretty much everything important. It's much better than posting a series of images showing your settings, and takes up far less space.

Anyway, the only suggestion is read the sticky thread on frame drops/disconnections, find the best server you can with the lowest ping, and if necessary, lower your bitrate until the problem stops. There are often other factors as well such as certain firewall software which can often interfere and reduce network stability, and routers on rare occasional as well.

You changed was your buffer size, and not your bitrate. Disable "use custom buffer size", and use the left box, not the right box.

Yeah I did this and nothing's happening, still strange OBS' FPS drops. Thats kinda hilarious since my game is running on like 100+ fps and I dont even know when its happening unless I've changed it's position so i can see it in the bottom of screen. :(

your log shows that 1500 bitrate without a custom bufsize worked fine over a long period. disable "Minimize network impact" and leave it at that..
