Droste effect. It's not a problem, it's normal behavior of what you're telling the program to do.

ok , how I make it go away , I follow every tutorial step by step , in video tutorial guy press preview and no droste ,I press preview droste effect , can't find nothing about this

You simply don't use display capture or at least don't have the OBS window open on the display you're capturing.

You're capturing your screen, and OBS is on your screen, so OBS is capturing itself. I'm not really sure what you were expecting. If you minimize OBS or move it to another monitor, the effect will go away.
