Trying to record some gameplay footage, I use Linux Mint 21.1 witrh OBS Studio 30.1.2, I am getting a minor visual error when I record, sometimes the very top of the screen will glitch out and a grey/white bar will flash on screen for a couple seconds.
Here's what that looks like, glitch happens at about 1:40(quality's a bit scuffed from putting it on google drive but the glitch is still visible):

I did change some VRAM settings but after checking some footage it seems to have happened before I changed them as well.
Is there anything I can do outside of changing my graphics settings?
