Question / Help Minimum specs needed for streaming

So I was wondering, what would be the best specs for nice, clean, and sleek streaming? I have 50/45 ul/dl speeds. I was thinking I only need a gpu, and MAYBE a processor upgrade... But maybe I need more, I really only plan to stream and record CS:GO and maybe minecraft sometimes...

upgrading on fm2+ socket is useless since all you get is more apu garbage and the athlons arent really ment to stream anyway same for the apus.

in your case you would want to at least get an i5 to stream 720p30 and recommended would be some intel xeon e3 1230v3 or i7 4790 besides that your current gpu is also integrated into the apu so you would absolutely need a new gpu

and since you are planning on recording/streaming csgo which is pretty cpu reliable i would suggest going with an i7 and nothing else.
