Question / Help Minecraft when streamed has black flashes.

Minecraft flashes on Obs and stream. Keep in mind it's in windowed mode. I have been streaming for Minecraft for a while and never had this problem. Also I have been using game capture to capture Minecraft. Is there anyway to fix this?
If any information is needed, don't be scared to ask.

http://pastebin.com/KpteYFJn I hope this is what you want. The flashing started today and I tried to fix it myself (as you can see) but no matter what I tried nothing would work.

I found where the problem might be. I used Monitor capture and it doesn't blink. So the problem might be in game cature mode.
