Question / Help Minecraft Videos Problem

Hey I'm trying to make minecraft video I made a scene that does game capture and whenver i preview/start recording it either moves for a sec or it doesn't move and keeps the same picture the whole time... what do i do?

I tried lowering it to 30 but then it started recording for about 5 seconds and then stopped and did the same thing and as for the 70 thing i was copying a video. But ill try the resolution thing
