Question / Help Minecraft Recording Frozen

Every time I go to recording Minecraft and then upload it the video is frozen and i am new to obs so I don't know how to fix it i would post a log but i don't know how to if anyone can help me out that would be great

Switch to OBS Studio, OBS Classic is no longer in development. Use the recording quality presets under Settings > Output > Simple output mode (check the dropdown at the top). Set the encoder to QSV. Enable vsync in Minecraft.
