Question / Help Minecraft Problem: Screen Flickers Green and Black

I'm not sure of how to describe the problem other than whenever I try to stream Minecraft through OBS the video constantly flickers with green and black dots over the whole video. I tried googling for a solution and I was thinking it was a problem with AMD hardware (specifically the graphics card or cpu), but I couldn't find a whole lot of answers. Figured I would post here and see what people have to say. Not sure a log file will help at all since I don't believe my settings are bad. I used the log analyzer on here and only had 2 minor issues that shouldn't be causing the problem. I have also updated all drivers in my computer.

The same here Btw: this thing appered when i changed my windows(From 8 To 10).I have The problem with green dots and sometimes screen goes black. I have amd graphic card too and the newest drivers fot it.
 
OBS log is incomplete, but the problem does appear limited to R9 series cards with recent drivers.
