Question / Help Minecraft Lags

Hey OBS,

I bought a brand new gaming laptop yesterday and i wanted to set up OBS for youtube. It works ok but everytime i preview the stream or start recording, the fps in minecraft drops down to 5-10 fps when i usually have 60. Im wondering how i am able to fix this. im not an expert at computers either so i hope you can help me

OMG I have that same problem with that SAME game!! Except for a while mine worked fine. I had mine up for 24 hours and nobody responded though.

So it has always worked for you and you never changed any settings or something?

Ya its so wierd all of the sudden it just starting lagging my mc no changed settings and tried changing them all around.
