Question / Help Minecraft lagging when recording with OBS

Hi All,

If I am not recording and just playing Minecraft then there is no lag but soon as I start recording with OBS there is a lag. I am attaching the log file. Hopefully you guys can help.

The q6600, although an AWESOME processor for its time, just isn't up to the task anymore.
