Question / Help Minecraft keeps lagging when i start recording

I can record any other games but not minecraft and i dont know why

Please post a Log where you try to record Minecraft, in this Log you to record CSGO 720p30 with a 1000 Bitrate/Buffer which is wrong for Recording anyway

@alpinlol okay sorry this should be a minecraft log, i used those settings which stopped the lag but not there are green lines going across the screen when i playback the video
