Minecraft Java not fitting to obs

I have recently started getting into making youtube videos and one thing I noticed is that it has weird bars on the sides or ontop of the recording. I tried fitting to screen and that was all I got I also tried fullscreen and it seems like it isn't working either to fit perfectly.
ex:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_oTxWuLd8A&t=70s
I did try to change the resolutions to be exactly what my computer was (almost) but all it did was change the end product to be slightly fatter and in youtube it just makes it a different aspect ratio. this is also annoying

So my question is, how can I get minecraft to run in a good 16:9 aspect ratio without having black bars???
Things I tried:fullscreen, changing resolution of minecraft in the launcher, changing obs resolutions.

To get the correct aspect ratios for Youtube and your game, make sure all these resolutions are 16:9 aspect ratio, preferably all the same:
- run your game fullscreen with a 16:9 aspect ratio, for example 1920x1080
- set OBS Settings->Video->Base (canvas) resolution to 1920x1080
- set OBS Settings->Video->Output (scaled) resolution to 1920x1080 or 1280x720 if you want to stream with some lower 16x9 resolution

If you capture your game in fullscreen mode and set the above OBS resolutions to the same resolution as the game, you never need to fit or stretch the source.
In your videos, it seems you might be running Minecraft not fullscreen or fullscreen with a nonstandard, not 16:9 resolution. If you run your game in true fullscreen mode, it might not necessarily be the same as the Windows desktop resolution. Check your game settings for its fullscreen resolution.

I ran minecraft in 1920x1080 resolution, and did change the canvas and scaled to 1920x1080 it was working fine when it wasn't in fullscreen, I switched to fullscreen and suddenly not 16:9. Do you have any idea whats wrong?

also using things like xbox game capture the aspect ratios are fine.

I figured out that it is not just minecraft, I tried doing a full capture and my whole screen is 2256x1504, my only question is that other recording softwares can record anything perfectly into a 16:9 even when my screen is 2256x1504.
