Before i start, you guys have made an amazing program! Keep up the good work!
Though, i've been having this problem. On minecraft i get atleast 80+ FPS but when i preview/stream it goes down to 14/15 fps
My Specs:
Intel Core i3-2370M
RAM: 4 GB
64 bit OS
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 3000 (That's how my computer handles the game pretty well)
I know it's a decent computer. But i have made streams before without experiencing lag.
My CPU Preset is ultrafast
Encoding profile:main
If you could please help that would be really appreciated!

Thank you.

Well, there is at least one problem I see. Your output resolution is set to a very strange resolution (1364x768, which is 2 pixels less wide than your screen resolution). This will interfere with the video encoder. I recommend either changing this to your normal resolution, or changing your base resolution to 1280x720 or something like that. Since you're already streaming at a very low bitrate, your video will benefit from streaming at a lower resolution.

Also, there's something up with your keyframe settings. Can you head into the Advanced settings panel in OBS, and tell me what the keyframe interval setting is set to? Most people set it to 2.

If there are any other things, I wouldn't know. But you can try those two things first.

I definitely recommend downscaling by 2.00 at the least. What is your process priority set to in OBS?

Also, does your performance improve if you remove the CLR Browser source from your scene?

Yes it's 2. Also i changed the resolution. And what bitrate is best to use?

TBH

i wouldnt even consider streaming on an hyperthreaded dualcore notebook especially without a dedicated gpu your performance will suffer no matter what.

all you can do is downscale by a lot (as already mentioned) but the resul will lead into a really bad pixel density

for minecraft it might work out but is it worth it?
