Question / Help Microphone quality

Make sure your audio bitrate is 128kbps (96 is the absolute lowest I'd go). If you have a good microphone then the quality should be good so long as you have a decent bitrate. This is all just based on what I would think, though, so if it doesn't work you can always post a log or a link to a video showing what's wrong if it doesn't fix it. Good luck :)

my question is my settings now though, someone told me to turn cbr off and change my setings to 3000 bitrate and 1700 buffer, was this right? as cbs keeps telling me to change this. also he told me to put my server as the amsterdam one although i am from the uk. adter i did this people did tell me my stream has improved, but others had said it was completely fine before.
