Bug Report Microphone Push To Talk won't function unless OBS is the selected window.

I use mouse 4 for my push to talk and unless I have OBS as my selected window the push to talk won't register. If I click on the window of another program or play a game then OBS does not activate my microphone anymore.

I ok so originally it wasn't working with browsers or mgsv and so it seemed like it was a problem with all other applications. Now it just appears to only have this problem while metal gear solid 5 is maximized. Other games are working correclty.
