Bug Report Microphone delay accumulates during stream

I stream some rhythm games and my microphone sounds gradually get later and later during the stream. No idea what could be causing this. Here is a linked example of the delay. Early on the stream you can hear the keys get hit as the notes come but if you skip forward near the end you can hear some ridiculous delay on the key hits.
