When viewing my Stream through Twitch.TV, I notice that it plays pretty well for the most part, but has a constant micro stutter, almost as if a frame or two every second is being skipped or just not rendered fast enough. I did an offline recording test and everything is buttery smooth and fine. I have tried multiple resolutions and bitrates but no luck. Any ideas? And It's been so long I'm sorry but I have forgotten how to upload a log. Edit: I also heard that Twitch.TV can't handle high FPS, I'm at 60

Twitch might take in 60 FPS, but flash player is slow and crappy (especially when it's loaded up with ads and tracking systems like Twitch's player), so it's normal that it won't always be able to play back 60 FPS.

Yeah, I did an offline recording session and it looks superb. I wonder if Twitch will ever change their video players. That or if Adobe would do something. Also, quick question. What settings would you recommend for fast motion related games to reduce pixilation? I currently have an Intel Core i7 4770k

More bitrate will reduce pixellation. Your bitrate is probably just low.

Post a log at least, much easier to provide some sort of help :)
Also I've been streaming to hitbox lately, 60 fps is 60 fps without the Flash player junk. It's glorious! Also there's no delay so you can actually respond to your viewers just a few seconds after they post something. With Twitch you have like a 30sec+ delay.
