I have a constant static coming from my microphone. I am using a Sennheiser PC360 and an ASUS Sound Card. Even with the mic in the up position (muted) OBS picks up constant static. In that case I believe my sound card is producing the white noise, not my microphone.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
- disable mic boost on my sound card and then boost the audio levels in OBS?
- change the Microphone Noise Gate levels?
