Mic recording while there is no input recording

I opened up OBS today to quickly record some music I made without having to export it, I look back at the recording and notice it picked up my microphone, when there was no input recording in my sources. I made sure there were no other input recorders in any of my other scenes, but it still picked up my mic. Any way to fix this?

not related to the problem but firsat of all deinstall

Windows Defender make the same job and didnt use so much resources

You have your mic configured in the main Settings ? and the fader are set of not shown ?

Dont record in MP4 when obs crash or the PC your recording is useless and cant be played

have you tried Voice meter for disable and enable sources ?
