Bug Report mic mute/unmute on stream start

i currently set my obs up with unmute/mute button hotkey function NOT push-to-talk function and basically, if i start the stream with the mic muted (no red bars and a red circle with a line through it) it still continues to transmit sound. its not a big thing but its a bit of an annoyance. also is it possible to request a seperate mute and unmute hotkey option? big thanks to guys who made OBS i freakin love it :D

Separating the hotkey is actually not a bad idea I think. It's not something that's used often but I definitely see the use for it. Thanks for the bug report as well
