For about 5 months now Ive been streaming with OBS no problem until recently the program just stopped picking up my Microphone. This has been going on for a week now and Ive tried all basic trouble shooting methods(Unplugging the mic, etc.) My mic seems to be fine and works in every other program from Sony Vegas even down to Xsplit(another streaming software). Ive looked at other threads and none of them actually provided help. Everybody seems to have magically gotten
over their problem or no solution was provided. I don't run any other program that would use my mic while streaming, my mic settings for OBS are the same as they've always been, I have Realtek Sound Drivers, my mic is showing up in my audio devices, Its working throughout the configuration for the microphone, and works in other programs(Camtasia,Xsplit,Sony Vegas, The Realtek HD Sound Manager and everything.) Ive unistalled OBS and re-installed it and the problem remains.
Im getting down on my hands and knees and asking the forums for help because for the life of me I can't seem to figure out this problem.. Please Help
+OBS picks up my game audio and desktop audio just fine
+If I run a program that can bounce audio back like teamspeak OBS picks that up too
